Terms of service

Software for running a till, stock and reporting. We are a software provider. We are not a bank, not a payment institution, and not a party to any sale you make.

Starter is free for one trading location. Business is R449 per active trading location per month, billed monthly in rand. The advertised figure is the total you pay. Whether an invoice carries VAT depends on our own registration status at the time, and every invoice states which applies.

Card machine hardware, merchant transaction fees, SMS, connectivity and any provider charges are billed by those providers, not by us.

It is yours. It settles through your own merchant arrangement into your own bank account and never passes through us. We do not hold, pool or pay out your takings, and changing a bank detail in Our POS does not change any instruction your bank or provider holds.

We retry automatically for about a week and tell you what is happening. After that there is a grace period in which you can still trade and everything you have set up keeps working. After that, paid features pause.

Even then you can sell, cash up, reprint receipts, refund earlier sales and export every record you have. We will not hold your business records hostage over an unpaid invoice.

It is yours. You can export it at any time and ask for deletion, subject to what the law requires us to keep. We do not sell it and do not use one business’s trading data for anything but running the service for that business.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not promise that a card machine provider will approve your business or that a particular card machine can be integrated. Where an integration depends on a provider, we say so plainly rather than implying it works.

The contracting entity and registration number; the service-level commitment, if any; the limitation of liability and how it sits against the Consumer Protection Act; the governing law and dispute process; and the notice period for price changes.
