A till that rings up a sale in seconds, tells you what is on the shelf and what the day took, and costs a flat price per location in rand. Start free on one location — no card needed.

This is the actual till
Not a mock-up. Large touch targets, one thumb, no hunting — and no animation anywhere in it, because a cashier working a queue needs the screen to hold still.
Built for how South Africa trades
One product, two modes. A shop does not need a table map cluttering the screen, and a restaurant does not need a barcode field where the seat numbers should be.
Shops and retail
Scan a barcode or tap a favourite, take cash or card, print a receipt and know what is on the shelf. Variants for size and colour count as their own products, so stock is right.
- Barcode and SKU search
- Variants and modifiers
- Stock counts and wastage
- Cash-up with variance
Restaurants and bars
Open a table, send the order to the kitchen, add rounds as they come, then split the bill however the table wants it.
- Table map and open tabs
- Kitchen and bar routing
- Split by seat or evenly
- Allergen notes on the ticket
Cafés and takeaways
Built for queues. A sale is a few taps, the next one starts immediately, and the day's takings are reconciled before you lock up.
- Fast counter mode
- Held and parked orders
- Tips recorded separately
- Daily summary
Trading by the end of the afternoon
Setting up a till has a reputation for taking weeks. It should take an afternoon, and you should be able to stop halfway and come back to exactly where you were.

Sign in with Google
No new password to remember. We ask Google only for your name and email address — never access to your Gmail.
- 2
Set up your business
Business type, your first location, tax settings and receipt branding. You can stop halfway and pick it up later.
- 3
Load your products
Import a spreadsheet with a row-by-row preview of what will happen, or add products as you go.
- 4
Register tills, invite staff
Each till is a registered device. Staff switch in with a PIN, and only on tills you have approved.
- 5
Do a test sale
A guided checklist walks you through your first sale, receipt and cash-up before you open the doors.
Payments and hardware, stated plainly
There are two separate money flows, and it is worth being clear about both. You pay us for the software. Your customers pay you through your own merchant arrangement, and that money settles into your own bank account — it never passes through us.
Peach Payments POS
RecommendedIntegrated card payments on a Sunmi terminal. The till sends the amount, the customer taps, and the outcome comes back automatically — no retyping and no mismatched totals at cash-up.
Hardware
Sunmi payment terminal, supplied through Peach Payments
What you need
- · A Peach Payments merchant account for your business
- · A Sunmi terminal with the Peach Payment App installed
- · The POS Integrations API enabled for your terminal by Peach support
- · Your terminal serial number (printed on the device)
FNB Speedpoint
Not yet connectedFNB does not publish a way for a till system to talk to a Speedpoint machine, and markets the standalone device as taking cards without till integration. You can keep using your Speedpoint alongside Our POS and record those sales as manually confirmed card payments.
What integration would require
- · FNB merchant onboarding for your business
- · FNB Integration Channel access and the Connected Solution specification
- · The exact terminal model confirmed in writing with FNB
- · FNB certification of the integration
We would rather tell you this up front than let you discover it after signing up.
Always included
Cash, change calculation and manually recorded EFT work on every plan, including the free one, with no provider and no hardware at all.
Your money, your bank
Our POS is software. We do not hold, pool or pay out your takings, and we never change your bank settlement instruction — only your provider can do that, through their own process.
Card details never touch us
Card numbers are entered on the provider’s terminal or hosted page. We store no card number and no CVV, anywhere, for either money flow.
Three plans, priced per location
Monthly billing in rand. The figure you see is the figure you pay.

What “everything” does and does not mean
Business includes every capability we have built. It is not unlimited infrastructure, and we would rather publish the ceilings than surprise you with them: up to 100 locations, 200 000 API calls a month, 25 GB of images and attachments, and 25 scheduled reports. These are technical limits that keep the service quick for everybody, not sales limits — if you need more, it is a conversation, not an upgrade.
Card machines, merchant transaction fees, connectivity and any provider charges are separate and billed by those providers. WhatsApp messages are billed to you by Meta, because the WhatsApp Business Account is yours and your own business name is the sender.
We never cap the number of sales you ring up, on either plan. Your records and your exports are always available, whatever you pay us.
Questions worth asking
You do not take a percentage of my sales. What does that actually save me?
A card machine provider that bundles free POS software pays for it out of your transaction rate. At 2.95% per card sale, R100,000 of monthly card turnover costs R2,950 a month in fees. With Our POS you keep your own merchant deal — at 2.20% that same turnover costs R2,200, plus R449 to us, so R2,649. The crossover is around R60,000 of monthly card turnover: below it the bundled-software route is cheaper, above it we are, and the gap widens the more you sell. Your own rate is the number to check — ask your acquirer what you are actually paying.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One trading location, the owner plus one staff member, one till and 100 active products, for as long as you like. No card needed to sign up. We do not cap how many sales you ring up, and you can export your own records at any time — including from the free plan.
What exactly does R449 cover?
Everything we have built, for one active trading location, per month, billed monthly in rand. If you run three locations, that is three times R449. There is no annual contract, no setup fee, and no higher tier to be upsold to later — Business is the top of the product.
Is VAT added to that?
R449 is the total you pay. Whether your invoice shows a VAT line depends on our own VAT registration status at the time, and it is stated plainly on every invoice. We do not add VAT on top of the advertised price.
Can I use my existing FNB Speedpoint?
You can keep using it alongside Our POS, but not yet connected to it. FNB does not publish a way for a till system to talk to a Speedpoint machine, and markets the standalone device as taking cards without till integration. On a paid plan you can record those card sales as manually confirmed payments — they are clearly marked as unreconciled until you match them, and never shown as approved by a bank.
So how do I get integrated card payments?
Through Peach Payments POS on a Sunmi terminal, which does publish an integration. The till sends the amount, the customer taps, and the outcome comes back automatically. You need a Peach merchant account and the POS API enabled for your terminal. Card machine hardware and transaction fees come from the provider, not from us.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing, at first. We retry automatically over about a week and tell you what is happening. After that there is a further week of grace in which you can still trade and everything you have set up keeps working. Even after that, you can always sell, cash up, reprint receipts, refund earlier sales and export every record you have.
What if I downgrade?
You never lose access to your history, your exports or your ability to refund an earlier sale. If your setup is bigger than the smaller plan allows, we show you exactly what to resolve — and the change takes effect at your next renewal, not mid-month.
Does it work if the internet drops?
You can keep taking cash sales, and they sync when you are back online without duplicating anything. Card payments need a connection, because a card cannot be authorised without one — no POS can honestly promise otherwise.
